TATTOO AFTERCARE

Preventive Care:

- Keep the treated area dry: avoid swimming (swimming pool, sea, saunas...) for 15 days.

- Do not dry the area with towels during healing, use kitchen paper.

- Avoid sunbathing for at least 15 days. Cover the tattooed area if necessary.

- Avoid using cosmetics on the tattooed area.

- Do not apply hot water to the newly made tattoo.

- Do not scratch or remove the "scabs".

- It is not recommended to consume alcoholic drinks during the first 24 hours after getting the tattoo.

- Excessive use of the film can encourage the proliferation of anaerobic bacteria due to the lack of oxygen in the area.

- Check with the artist if you do any physical exercise.

Healing Stage:

First day:

- Keep the film for 2/3 hours, remove it and clean the tattoo with neutral soap and water.

- Do not apply cream. Start with the cream on the third day.

- Sleep with the tattoo protected with plastic.

First week of healing:

- Clean the tattoo three times a day.

Second week of healing:

- Clean the tattoo twice a day.

Third week of healing:

- Once a day: if it's necessary and the tattoo has not yet healed, we will wash the area and apply the cream once a day. If the tattoo has healed in the first two weeks, this step will not be necessary.

Possible side effects:

Itching, redness, fever, small rashes (pimples) and inflammation of the area. These symptoms are temporary and may appear during the first week of healing. If other effects arise or these same in an excessive state, consult with the artist and/or the doctor.
